• How do I close my account and remove my profile?

    Are you sure you want to leave us? We'll miss you a lot! If you're sure you want to close your account...

    1. Go to the "My Account" page.
    2. Select the "Profile" section.
    3. Follow the prompts to temporarily or permanently close your account.

  • Why was my Main photo rejected?

    For your photo to be used as a Main it needs to be a clear photo of a large enough pixel size to allow a head and shoulder photo to be cropped from it.

  • Why were my photos rejected?

    There could be a couple of reasons as to why your photos have been rejected.
    1. Photos that have black and white borders are not permitted and we were unable to crop out due to the size of the photo.
    2. Copyrighted photos are not allowed.
    3. Nudity is not permitted.

  • What is the best type of photo to use for my Main photo?

    Your Main photo should be a face shot that clearly shows your smiling face, looking directly at the camera.

  • Why were my profile changes rejected?

    There are a number of reasons why your profile changes were not approved:
    1. You have added contact details which are not permitted.
    2. Obscene language has been used which is inappropriate.
    3. The content is not relevant to who you are.
    4. You have not provided enough information about who you are and what you are looking for.

  • What makes a great profile?

    The more interests you put in your profile then the more other members will know what you have in common and will be more likely wanting to get to know you.

  • How do I edit my Profile?

    1. Go to the "My Profile" main menu option.
    2. Select the section you want to change.
    3. Make your changes and select the "Save" button.

  • How many photos can I have on my Profile?

    As a Basic Member you can upload up to 5 photos. As a VIP Member you can upload as many as 15!

    To keep your profile fresh and up to date, simply delete the old ones to make some space for your new and fresh look!

  • How can I change my profile Nickname?

    1. Go to the "Contact" page.
    2. Select either the Live Chat, Phone or Email option that you prefer.
    3. Let our Customer Support team know what you'd like to change your Nickname to and they will make the change for you (if the new Nickname is not already taken).
